Using a bag of pre-shredded cabbage like coleslaw should totally work! I would look for bigger chunks in your pre-cut bag. Let me know how it turns out! This is the best crockpot cabbage casserole recipe, we love it.. I mix cream cheese in it just before adding the mozzarella to melt..
